Intermittent Fasting For Weight Loss

Have you ever heard of intermittent fasting? If you haven't let me just explain it briefly before going into how you can really lose a lot of weight effectively with it. Intermittent fasting simply means short term fasting, usually less than 24 hours. It's highly effective in weight loss because of some factors we'll explore today.

But before we get into that, I would recommend that you start small. Maybe skip breakfast first before you skip breakfast and lunch. What? I'm suggesting that you skip breakfast? Yes, I am. Please bear with me because fasting is very effective in losing the stubborn fat. You'll want to pay attention to your hunger as you skip your breakfast first and make sure you're used to it before you proceed to skip your lunch.

The reason why it's so effective is because of the age old rules of calories in and calories out, but it's not simply calories in and calories out that makes intermittent fasting so effective. If it is then a simple calorie restriction diet would have done the job just as effectively. The secret of fasting is insulin. fasting involves mot eating any food for about 16 hours before you had your first meal of the day (which you can eat as much as you want) so naturally insulin is not produced in the body for the majority of the day. This means your body is burning fat throughout the day instead of being blocked by excess insulin. You should try it out and I'm sure you'll be delighted by the result.
